Job summary

Engramme is seeking its founding Product Manager in San Francisco to turn ambitious research into user‑facing products.

You will own 0→1 initiatives, work directly with the founders and researchers, conduct user discovery, define product experiences, and ship rapidly with a hands‑on, cross‑functional team.

This role is in‑person, five days a week, with meaningful ownership from day one. As part of a small, mission‑driven lab, you’ll shape early markets and the long‑term product direction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated 0→1 experience in taking a product/feature from idea to real users

Responsibilities

• Own products from 0→1, turning concepts into user‑reliable products
• Work directly with the founders to shape strategy and prioritization
• Get close to users through research, understand workflows, and translate observations into decisions
• Build alongside engineers and researchers, understanding technical tradeoffs and prototyping
• Ship and iterate quickly with experiments, analysis, and improvements
• Own the entire product lifecycle from discovery to growth
• Help establish the product culture as the first PM on the team
