Job summary

Engramme, an AI research lab in San Francisco, seeks its first Product Manager to turn research into products users love. You’ll own strategy and execution end-to-end, collaborating with founders, researchers, and engineers to identify opportunities, shape products, and bring them to market.

You’ll work hands-on with the tech, conduct user research, and make tough prioritization decisions to drive adoption and growth as the company defines its early product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own products from 0→1 and translate concepts into user-ready offerings.
• Shape Engramme's product strategy and initial market focus with founders.
• Conduct user research and turn insights into concrete product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to implement technology decisions.
• Design experiments, launch products, analyze usage, and iterate.
• Own the full lifecycle from discovery to growth.
• Help establish startup-wide product processes and culture.
