Job summary

Alpaca Health is building an AI-native platform that powers providers, families, and internal operations. As Head of Product, you’ll shape the product strategy, define processes, and lead a small AI-native product org to keep pace with engineering velocity.

You’ll collaborate with design, engineering, and GTM teams to deliver integrations with CRMs and internal tools, drive go-to-market alignment, and hire top talent to scale the product as Alpaca expands in healthcare.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of product management experience with mix of experiences B2C or B2B (preference for B2C healthcare, SMB vertical SaaS, or applications in highly regulated industries like logistics, finance, or healthcare)
• Experience at early stage (pre-Series C) startups and preferably have seen a company scale from one funding round to another
• Previous people management experience

Responsibilities

• Define what AI-native product management looks like at Alpaca Health’s business.
• Lead a small AI-native product org while coordinating with design, engineering, and operations across the company.
• Own product strategy, roadmap, and release plans for AI-driven capabilities that empower providers, families, and internal teams.
• Build and maintain a strong collaboration cadence with GTM, partnerships, and customer success to ensure market success.
