Job summary

Lovable in Boston is building the product experience function and seeks a founding team lead to shape the Americas hub. You will recruit and grow a local team, own campus partnerships with MIT/Harvard, and ensure US users receive the same high-quality experience as Europe.

This is a hands-on, highly accountable role in a fast-growing startup. You will lead the Boston hub’s culture, scale the campus pipeline, and own US escalations while collaborating with the Stockholm team to deliver

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2C or B2B customer-facing roles.
• Deep roots in the Boston tech/university ecosystem.
• Experience building scalable support operations.
• Strong collaboration with product and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Boston hub and set team culture across onboarding and coaching.
• Build relationships with MIT, Harvard, and local universities to recruit talent.
• Own US escalations and triage complex user issues with engineering.
• Capture user feedback to influence product direction.
• Collaborate with Stockholm team to align processes.
