Job summary

Naive is building autonomous companies and releasing templates, benchmarks, and a studio for deploying and operating these systems. You will lead features from concept through launch, building a polished interface for managing autonomous agent workloads with Next.js, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI.

You will translate customer feedback into product decisions, design intuitive interfaces, and drive shipping velocity with a strong emphasis on design and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack engineering and UI/UX ability.
• Exceptional product taste and attention to detail.
• Experience shipping a 0→1 product.
• Real experience building with LLMs and agentic systems.
• Strong written communication and product-marketing instincts.
• High agency—you independently identify and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Build Naive Studio: interface where users deploy and operate autonomous companies.
• Own features from product concept and UX through engineering, launch and growth.
• Design polished, intuitive interfaces for complex agent systems.
• Create demos, launch content and campaigns for what you ship.
• Turn usage data and customer feedback into product decisions.
• Establish a high bar for design, performance and shipping velocity.
