Job summary

Naive is seeking a product-minded software engineer to build Naive Studio, the interface where users deploy and operate autonomous companies. You’ll own features from concept and UX through engineering, launch and growth.

Work with Next.js, TypeScript, Python and FastAPI to design polished interfaces for agent systems, translate user feedback into product decisions, and help ship high-velocity innovations in a fast-paced startup environment in Mountain View, CA.

Qualifications

• Proven full-stack engineering capability with strong UI/UX sense.
• Experience shipping a 0→1 product or early-stage project.
• Experience building with LLMs and agent-like systems.
• Excellent written communication and product instincts.
• High initiative and problem-solving ability.

The Role

Build Naive Studio: the interface where users deploy and operate autonomous companies. You’ll own features from product concept and UX through engineering, launch and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Build full-stack with Next.js, TypeScript, Python and FastAPI
• Design polished, intuitive interfaces for complex agent systems
• Own features from customer research and prototyping through launch
• Create demos, launch content and campaigns for what you ship
• Turn usage data and customer feedback into product decisions
• Establish a high bar for design, performance and shipping velocity

Must-Haves

• Strong full-stack engineering and UI/UX ability
• Exceptional product taste and attention to detail
• Experience shipping a 0→1 product
• Real experience building with LLMs and agentic systems
• Strong written communication and product-marketing instincts
• High agency—you independently identify and solve problems
