Job summary

Naive is building autonomous companies and an infrastructure platform for long-running agent workloads. We’re hiring a Founding Head of Growth to own how new products, autonomous releases and research reach developers, founders and AI teams.

You’ll work closely with founders, engineers and researchers to turn technical products into compelling launches and narratives, with the potential for significant equity in a fast-growing Series A startup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience growing technical or AI products.
• Launched products from zero to one.
• Understanding developers, AI agents and modern software products.
• Excellent copywriting and product narratives.
• Highly analytical and data-driven growth mindset.
• Able to move quickly without a large team.
• Prior founder experience or close work with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own growth across Naive Studio, autonomous company releases, benchmarks and Vetta.
• Develop positioning, messaging and launch strategies for new products.
• Run product launches across social, developer communities, content and partnerships.
• Build repeatable acquisition and activation loops.
• Create technical content, demos, case studies and launch campaigns.
• Measure the full funnel and rapidly test new growth experiments.
• Work with product to improve onboarding, activation, retention and monetization.
• Build Naive’s early growth team and operating system.
