Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience shipping production software and full-stack products.
• Startup or high-ownership environments preferred.
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York City.
• Experience with AI-powered or real-time applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build backend services and APIs powering live AI sales conversations.
• Design systems for session state, integrations, data pipelines, and real-time workflows.
• Develop the browser-use agent that demos software during live calls.
• Build AI agents that interact with complex web apps in real time.
• Develop LLM-powered workflows, prompts, and tool use.
• Maintain infrastructure for real-time voice interactions and sales experiences.
