Job summary

Henosia ApS is seeking a senior product engineer to own end-to-end product experiences—from onboarding to data connectors and key integrations. You’ll work with the founders and an AI engineering lead to create approachable, safe software for non-developers while shaping the roadmap and product direction.

You’ll talk to users directly, observe how they use the product, and turn insights into concrete features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building software professionally.
• Strong TypeScript, React and Next.js.
• Shipped products that real users depend on and improved them based on feedback.
• Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs.
• Comfortable owning features across the whole stack.
• Self-starter energy. You don’t need a roadmap handed to you.

Responsibilities

• Own features from first customer conversation to shipped, measured and improved.
• Talk to users directly to observe and turn findings into product decisions.
• Design and build core product experiences: onboarding, the builder, organizational tools, publishing, data connectors and integrations.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to translate agent capabilities into usable experiences for non-developers.
• Use product data and feedback to decide what matters most and ship continuously.
