Job summary

Wintermeyer Ventures is seeking a Founding Product Engineer to shape customer-facing workflows and the agent infrastructure on an AI-powered outbound sales platform. You’ll work closely with the founders to ship improvements regularly and influence product direction.

On-site in San Francisco, you’ll own end-to-end features from design through production, collaborate with customers via Slack, and build reliable, scalable workflows with Next.js, React, Python, FastAPI, and Supabase.

Qualifications

• Three to four years of engineering experience.
• Full-stack experience with Next.js, React, Python, FastAPI, and Supabase.
• Strong UX judgment alongside backend and infrastructure skills.
• A portfolio that demonstrates high engineering and product design standards.
• Experience working directly with customers and translating feedback into shipped improvements.
• Background in data science, computer science, industrial engineering, or operations, or comparable practical experience.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Join a small, product-focused team building an AI-powered outbound sales platform. As a Founding Product Engineer, you will shape customer-facing workflows and the underlying agent infrastructure, working closely with company founders and shipping improvements regularly.

What We're Looking For

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $150,000 to $230,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must be U.S. citizens or already hold work authorization.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, California, five days per week. Candidates must be based locally or willing to relocate immediately.
