Human Intuition is building the autonomous company. Businesses run on accumulated judgment: how to interpret a situation, choose an action, and learn from its consequences. Much of that knowledge lives in people, even when the decisions they make leave traces in software.
We are working to make that judgment learnable. A business has defined systems, tools, permissions, histories, and objectives. Those boundaries create an opportunity to build agents that learn from how work is done, act within clear constraints, and improve through feedback. Our ambition is to turn the knowledge inside institutions into software that compounds.
Build the product through which people work with autonomous systems. You will make complex agent behavior understandable: what the system is doing, what it needs, where it failed, and how a person can direct it. The work spans product design, interfaces, APIs, and the services behind them.
Build interfaces for assigning work, reviewing decisions, following progress, and resolving exceptions.
Create tools for exploring traces, inspecting evidence, and comparing workflow outcomes.
Develop backend services and APIs that connect agent execution, business data, and user-facing workflows.
Design useful real-time interactions with clear states for pending, completed, failed, and interrupted work.
Work with operators, researchers, and engineers to turn observed needs into focused product improvements.
Own accessibility, performance, testing, deployment, and ongoing reliability for the features you ship.
Experience shipping web products across frontend and backend boundaries.
Strong TypeScript and modern frontend skills, alongside proficiency in a backend language such as Python.
Good product judgment and care for clear, usable interfaces.
Experience with API design, databases, authentication, and authorization.
The ability to break an ambiguous problem into a useful release and improve it through feedback.
Products for complex workflows, operational dashboards, collaborative tools, real-time interfaces, or applications powered by language models.
People can direct work, understand what an agent has done, and intervene when needed without having to interpret internal system details.
