Job summary

Clarasight in New York is seeking a Product Builder to own design craft and customer-facing problem-solving end to end, partnering with our Head of Product and a ~15-person engineering team. You’ll establish the design system and rebuild key flows as we modernize the product.

You’ll run discovery with customers and bridge design with product management. The role sits at the intersection of product design and product management, requiring strong craft, user empathy, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Have 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
• Have established a design system and know how to build foundations and roll them out.
• Able to own the problem: run discovery, talk to customers, and make product judgments.

Responsibilities

• Establish our design system in Figma with tokens, components, patterns, and usage guidelines.
• Design and prototype key features from concept to high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Validate with customers and run UI/UX validation on releases; translate solutions into PRDs.
