A7 Labs is seeking a founding designer to shape the future of its AI-powered platform for remote work. You will lead the full design spectrum—from early research and wireframes to polished interfaces—working directly with the CEO and CTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing digital products with end-to-end product thinking.
• Proficient with components, auto layout, variables, prototyping, and design systems in Figma.
• Ability to design interfaces that are beautiful, functional, and accessible.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process from research to production-ready interfaces.
• Create and maintain a scalable design system for speed and consistency.
