Job summary

You will partner with the founder and engineers, ship every week, and elevate craft, accessibility, and data-dense surfaces to earn trust and adoption in a complex B2B product.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of product design experience in complex, data-dense B2B or enterprise products.
• Built and maintained a design system from scratch and can show it.
• Fluent with HTML/CSS and able to review shipped work.
• Accessibility as a discipline, not a checkbox.

Responsibilities

• Own design execution across the platform from canvas to production-ready screens.
• Build and own the design system with tokens, components, and documentation.
• Uphold existing patterns while improving implementations.
• Design data-dense, trust-sensitive surfaces including provenance, consent, and privacy.
• Collaborate daily with the founder and engineers; ship weekly.
• Raise the bar on craft, including edge cases and accessibility.
