Job summary

Not Specified is seeking a fractional product designer to own the visual and interaction design of core desktop experiences. You will establish design systems and standards to guide the team and help shape the product strategy through iterative design based on user feedback.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to implement designs within technical constraints, conduct user research, and deliver high-fidelity mockups and prototypes with clear handoff to engineers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience shipping consumer or B2B products end to end.
• Portfolio showing shipped desktop SaaS or B2B products with problem-solving outcomes.
• Experience creating design systems, standards, and documentation for product teams.
