Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design, preferably for B2B SaaS.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Ability translate designs into implemented web experiences (Figma to code).
• Strong collaboration with product, engineering, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive full design lifecycle for Niva’s verification platform, starting with data information architecture.
• Partner with product, engineering, and founders to define intuitive experiences for complex problems.
• Define and develop Niva’s design language and design system.
• Help shape how design functions at Niva: processes, tools, values, and culture.
