Job summary

Gumloop is seeking a Founding Product Designer in San Francisco to drive design across the full Gumloop product. You’ll own work from concept to delivery, contribute to our core design system, and collaborate directly with engineering and brand to ship polished, intuitive experiences.

This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone with exceptional taste and a love for building complex AI-native products.

Qualifications

• Shipped polished products and moved work from 80% to 100% quality.
• Experience prototyping with Figma and AI design tools.
• Humility to accept feedback, adapt thinking, and iterate.
• Ability to distill ambiguous problems into clear, focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly prototype new concepts and features to validate ideas before full implementation.
• Spot opportunities to redesign key screens and flows and fix quality issues.
• Evolve Gumloop's design language and product vision.
