Job summary

Alt in San Francisco is hiring its first product designer to shape Carebricks, a healthcare AI-enabled platform used across health systems. You will own the design system, work with a top-tier engineering team, and translate user needs into intuitive experiences.

You'll collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and AI researchers to push the frontier of AI+humans in healthcare, revamp workflows, and deliver a cohesive product experience from day one.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated history working well with Engineering teams.
• Experience designing enterprise web applications.
• Experience working on an AI enabled product.

Responsibilities

• Push the frontier of AI+Humans in Healthcare: craft solutions for healthcare users interacting with AI output.
• Make Carebricks look and feel unique: own the design system and align with brand guidelines.
• Explore what greatness is across healthcare: define an excellent product experience for end users.
• Move quickly and contribute from day 1: collaborate with Engineering to iterate features.
• Optimize: revamp existing workflows to improve user experience across use cases.
