Clera is seeking its first full-time designer to shape the product experience and visual identity of an AI-powered recruiting platform. You will define the design standards that guide the product as it grows.

You will set the product and brand direction, establish design principles for the team, and design modern desktop experiences for a B2B software product. Role is fully remote for candidates in the United States or Europe.
