Job summary

Content Creators is seeking a first full-time designer to shape product direction and brand for an early-stage AI recruiting startup. You will craft useful, polished experiences for candidates and employers, guiding design from discovery to launch.

You will establish a cohesive visual identity across product, website, and brand touchpoints, build scalable design system components, and work closely with engineers while iterating based on user feedback.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating shipped, high-quality modern desktop B2B or SaaS products.
• Product design experience across user research, strategy, flows, prototyping, and detailed UI execution.
• Comfort working directly with engineers in an early-stage or entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong product judgment, visual craft, and a bias toward shipping and improving real experiences.
• Experience with AI products, two-sided marketplaces, or frontend implementation is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify user needs and product opportunities, then help prioritize what to build.
• Lead end-to-end design, from discovery and concepts through prototypes, polished interfaces, and launch.
• Establish a consistent visual identity across the product, website, and other brand touchpoints.
• Build design system components and standards that help engineering move quickly while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, speak with users, and iterate based on how people use the product.
