Intro is growing its team to empower people to create a better world. We seek a Founding Product Designer to lead design across mobile and web, driving the process from ideation to execution with a strong emphasis on user-centric outcomes.

You will craft interactive prototypes, build a cohesive design system, and collaborate closely with product and engineering in a fast-paced, agile environment. Mentoring junior designers is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio across mobile and web.
• Proficiency with design tools and interactive prototyping.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and visual design.

• Drive the design process from ideation to execution for mobile and web platforms

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful mobile and web designs
• Mastery of design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and proficiency in creating interactive prototypes
• Strong understanding of interaction design, visual design, and UX principles
• Proven experience in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Excellent communication skills to present and justify design decisions clearly
