The candidate will implement 5S, KPI dashboards, and standardized workflows, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 while coordinating cross-functional teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in automotive or automotive-tier manufacturing.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end factory setup and launch for the U.S. facility.
• Oversee operations, production planning, quality control, and EHS.
