Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates - Omaha is seeking energetic instructors to join our studio in Omaha, NE. You will deliver dynamic, form-focused BODYBAR workouts, lead sessions across fitness levels, and create a welcoming, energetic class experience that motivates members.

Reporting to the Fitness Manager, you’ll train with BODYBAR’s program and maintain high standards of safety and customer service. Interviews will be held Aug/Sep with training Sept/Oct/Nov.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others feel strong.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and body movement; Pilates or group fitness experience preferred.
• Complete and pass BODYBAR’s Instructor Training Program.
• CPR & AED Certification is required.
• Instructors must obtain and provide proof of Instructor liability insurance as requested.

Responsibilities

• Be a true BODYBAR ambassador and bring energy to every class.
• Lead form-focused Pilates classes using the BODYBAR method for all fitness levels.
• Guide members with expert cues to keep them safe and confident.
• Provide clear, upbeat support to members on modifications and policies.
• Own your class schedule and secure subs to maintain a great member experience.
• Build community by connecting with members before, during, and after class.
