BODYBAR Pilates - Lone Tree is looking for an enthusiastic instructor to deliver dynamic Pilates-based group classes and uphold our signature BODYBAR method. You will engage with members, promote the studio’s offerings, and help maintain a welcoming, mission-driven environment.

Ideal candidates are passionate about boutique fitness, pursuing Pilates or group fitness certification, and excel at communication and leadership while collaborating with the studio team.

Qualifications

• Experience in boutique fitness or Pilates setting.
• Desire to obtain a group fitness or Pilates certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, engaging Pilates-based classes for clients of all levels.
• Promote BODYBAR Pilates mission, values, and teaching method in every class.
• Provide clear instruction and hands-on guidance for form and safety.
• Foster a welcoming studio environment and community.
• Build relationships with members and inform them about offerings and policies.
• Coordinate with team to maintain high standards and culture.
• Arrange substitute instructors to cover scheduled classes when needed.
• Maintain a professional, energetic presence during classes.

Job description

As a BODYBAR Pilates Instructor, you'll play an integral role in creating an exceptional member experience while delivering safe, effective, and engaging classes. Responsibilities include:

• Embody and promote the BODYBAR Pilates mission, values, and teaching methodology in every class and member interaction.
• Plan and lead dynamic, Pilates-based group fitness classes using the BODYBAR teaching formula for clients of all fitness levels and abilities.
• Provide clear instruction and hands-on guidance to ensure proper form, safety, and movement quality.
• Foster a positive, welcoming, and inclusive studio environment that encourages connection and community.
• Build meaningful relationships with members by engaging before, during, and after class.
• Educate members on studio offerings, policies, promotions, and appropriate movement modifications when needed.
• Take ownership of your teaching schedule by arranging qualified substitute instructors for assigned classes when necessary. Instructors are responsible for ensuring all scheduled classes are covered.
• Maintain a professional, energetic, and supportive presence while delivering an exceptional member experience.
• Collaborate with the studio team to uphold the high standards and culture of BODYBAR Pilates.
