Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates-Elkhorn is seeking an upbeat Pilates instructor to lead dynamic BODYBAR sessions, guiding clients through form-focused workouts and fostering a welcoming community. You will report to the Fitness Manager and help members achieve strength, balance, and confidence with clear cues and supportive coaching.

Ideal candidates have Pilates or group fitness experience, the BODYBAR Instructor Training completion, and CPR/AED certification.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with members and staff.
• Ability to motivate and guide clients of all fitness levels.
• Knowledge of BODYBAR method and safe form cues.
• Passion for helping others build strength and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead BODYBAR Pilates classes using the BODYBAR method.
• Provide expert cues to keep members safe and aligned.
• Support members with modifications and studio policies.
• Manage your class schedule and secure substitutes as needed.
• Foster a welcoming, energetic studio environment.
• Build community and engage with members before and after classes.
