Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is opening in Nebraska and seeking an energetic Pilates instructor to lead dynamic, form-focused sessions at our new studio. You will teach classes using the BODYBAR method while inspiring members to build strength, confidence, and community.

The role reports to the Fitness Manager and requires completion of BODYBAR’s Instructor Training Program, plus CPR & AED certification. Interviews are planned Aug/Sep with training in Sep/Oct/Nov.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and body movement.
• Pilates or group fitness experience is preferred but not required.
• Complete and pass BODYBAR’s Instructor Training Program.
• CPR & AED certification is required.
• Instructors must obtain and provide proof of liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Be a true BODYBAR ambassador and bring energy to every class.
• Lead form-focused Pilates classes using the BODYBAR method for all fitness levels.
• Guide members with expert cues to keep them safe and confident.
• Provide upbeat support and answer questions on modifications and policies.
• Own your class schedule and secure subs to ensure a great member experience.
• Build community by connecting with members before, during, and after class.
