Qualifications

• Experience advising leaders as a People Partner, HRBP or comparable role in tech/hardware.
• Experience in both early-stage startups and larger companies.
• Experience building practical People tools or program components.
• Experience coaching managers through feedback, performance and development.
• Sound judgment in employee relations, confidentiality, and escalation to leadership.
• Ability to use people data to drive changes and assess impact.
• Clear, candid communication with trust-building across leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align people strategy with business priorities.
• Coach and develop managers; enable leadership development efforts.
• Guide performance reviews and development planning across teams.
• Monitor team health via conversations, pulse data, and exit themes; address risks early.
• Advise on employee relations and change, handling sensitive situations with care.
• Coordinate with People leadership and counsel on complex or high-risk matters.
