Job summary

Tempo, a layer-1 blockchain for stablecoins and real-world payments, is building its partnerships function from the ground up in New York. You will design and execute 1:many partnership motions across infra, ecosystem, and SI partners to drive enterprise adoption of Tempo.

As a foundational GTM hire, you will identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships, collaborate with product and engineering on integrations, and stand up the operational infrastructure for partner programs while

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partnerships, BD or GTM with quota ownership.
• Deep domain expertise in stablecoins, payments, or fintech infra.
• Proven track record building scaled partnership programs.
• Experience structuring and closing complex multi-stakeholder deals.
• Crypto infrastructure familiarity and enterprise adoption.

Responsibilities

• Build Tempo's partnerships strategy and playbook from zero — infra partners, ecosystem partners, system integrators, and beyond
• Identify, negotiate, and close large strategic partnerships generating meaningful pipeline
• Design scalable 1:many partnership structures, not one-off deals
• Drive revenue through partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals
• Work directly with product and engineering to scope partnership integrations and co-build opportunities
• Represent Tempo externally at the highest levels — partner exec teams, industry events, ecosystem forums
• Stand up the operational infrastructure for partnerships: tracking, reporting, partner enablement
• Collaborate closely with Tempo's GTM team to align partnerships with direct sales and enterprise motions
