Livewell Animal Hospital of Menomonee Falls seeks a Founding Partner Veterinarian to build and lead a modern, relationship-driven practice. You’ll shape medical culture, recruit and mentor a team, and own the strategic direction with strong backing from Mission Pet Health’s network.

You will drive medical excellence, establish equity options, and participate in a high-visibility, growth-focused operation in a thriving Wisconsin community.

Qualifications

• DVM degree and license in good standing to practice.
• 3+ years veterinary experience with general medicine, surgery, and dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Build a client-first, collaborative culture.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop associate veterinarians and paraprofessionals.
• Establish hospital standard of care and mentor in surgery and dentistry.
• Partner with Hospital Manager to drive growth and community ties.
