Qualifications

• DVM degree and license in good standing to practice.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a veterinarian with strong medicine, surgery, and dentistry foundations.
• Compassionate, collaborative leadership with ability to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Build a thriving practice culture with client-first care and teamwork.
• Lead and mentor the medical team, recruiting and developing veterinarians and staff.
