Job summary

PriorityPet Urgent Care in Vancouver, WA seeks a Founding Partner Veterinarian to lead the launch of a new small animal hospital.

You will split time between clinical practice and leadership, with autonomy and strong support from a nationwide network, while earning equity opportunities and substantial bonuses. Salary is up to $170,000 with a competitive benefits package and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the USA.
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in.
• Must have the right to work in the United States or be able to obtain the required visa.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general practice care including preventative medicine, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care during business hours.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop veterinary and support teams while establishing clinical protocols.
• Partner with Hospital Manager to drive strategic and financial growth and uphold high patient care standards.
