Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc in Woodbridge, Virginia seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist (DPT or PT) to join a founding outpatient clinical team. This role offers clinical autonomy, collaboration with a growing practice, and the opportunity to shape treatment approaches and workflows for an adult outpatient population.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree required.
• Current Virginia PT license or eligibility.
• Comfortable working independently with strong clinical judgment.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Interest in balance/vestibular rehab and fall prevention is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered outpatient physical therapy.
• Help establish clinical workflows and standards of care as the clinic grows.
• Collaborate with a founding clinical team to deliver high-quality care.
• Maintain professional documentation and patient communication.
