Job summary

American Terawatt is hiring a founding Operations Director to build the systems and infrastructure for scaling. You will work directly with the founders and leaders to own internal operating systems, decision-making frameworks, and the tooling stack (CRM, PMS).

You will also lead IT, real estate, vendor relationships, and certain admin functions, with potential People/TalentOps responsibilities in the future.

Qualifications

• Experience leading broad corporate operations in a startup or high-growth company.
• Ability to design and optimize operating rhythms, dashboards, and knowledge management.
• Proven track record in IT, facilities, vendor relationships, and executive support.

Responsibilities

• Own operating systems, decision processes, and KPI tracking.
• Lead IT, real estate, admin, and Executive Assistants management.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, ERP, and data rooms.
