Job summary

EcoGPT in New York City seeks a hands-on generalist to move the company forward outside engineering, owning partnerships, launches, campaigns, and urgent business problems. You’ll work directly with the founders, take ideas from concept to execution, and use AI tools to move fast while maintaining quality.

You’ll juggle multiple priorities, communicate clearly with a small team, and turn ambiguous problems into actionable plans with measurable results.

EcoGPT is building an AI company centered around people and the planet.

We’ve grown to 3M+ users and are currently growing 50–100% month over month. We’re building an alternative to traditional AI platforms around better products, efficient AI, privacy, and safety.

We’re a small team moving extremely quickly, and we’re looking for someone who wants to help build the company alongside the founders.

The Role

You’ll own the work that moves EcoGPT forward outside engineering, from partnerships and launches to the company’s most urgent business problems.

This is a hands-on generalist role with significant ownership. You might spend one day getting a partnership off the ground, the next running a launch, creating content, or turning a messy problem into a clear plan and executing it.You’ll work directly with the founders and the rest of the team, taking responsibility for projects from the first idea through execution and results.

You’ll help with:

• Owning whichever business problem matters most that week
• Building and managing partnerships, from the first conversation through launch
• Creating compelling content and developing creative campaigns
• Driving strategic initiatives, experiments, launches, and special projects

Compensation: $100,000–$250,000 salary plus 1–3% equity.
