Qualifications

• 8+ years building real systems and owning production SaaS platforms end to end.
• Expert-level C# and .NET / .NET Core experience.
• Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating systems on Azure.
• Proven experience migrating from monolithic to service-oriented architectures.
• Experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Principal Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Be the final authority on code quality and technical direction.
• Lead the transition from a monolithic system to a scalable architecture.
• Spend 70-80% of your time writing production code.
• Mentor engineers through hands-on guidance and example.
• Work directly with the CTO and founders to turn product vision into scalable systems.
