Job summary

Solvea is hiring in San Francisco for a high-intensity, in-person role that sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and research. You will define, design and build AI products, and work with principals on shaping decision simulation tools for top clients.

The position offers top-of-market compensation and opportunities to scale with a growing, founder-led team. This role requires full-time, in-person work in San Francisco, six days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience at a top software company with meaningful development experience.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy from day 1.
• Demonstrated commitment, rapid learning, and team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Working with founding principals as a core product owner to define, design and build net-new AI products shaping decision-making frontiers.
• Developing novel data gathering techniques using the latest tech (Voice Agents, Analysis Agents).
• Post-training models to continuously improve automated data procurement and analysis pipelines.
