Sam’s Club Visalia is seeking a Senior Meat Cutter to help open a brand-new club and deliver high-quality meat products and service to members. You will cut, grind, and package fresh meat, maintain safety standards, and support a fast-paced, high-volume environment while ensuring exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Cut, slice, grind, and prepare meat products according to specifications.
• Ensure freshness, quality, and proper rotation according to company standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and temperature control guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, reduce shrink, and properly handle and store merchandise.
• Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment safely and effectively.
• Stock and organize displays to ensure products are available and visually appealing.
• Assist members with product selection and provide expert recommendations.
• Support a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
