Sam’s Club Visalia is opening a brand-new club and seeks a Senior Meat Cutter to join the founding team. You will cut, grind, and package meat, maintain freshness and safety, and deliver an outstanding member experience in a high-volume store.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Cut, slice, grind, and prepare meat according to specifications.
• Ensure freshness, quality, and proper rotation according to standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and temperature control guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, reduce shrink, and store merchandise properly.
• Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment safely and effectively.
• Stock displays to keep products available and visually appealing.
