Job summary

Changemaker Education is seeking visionary Founders to launch microschools across the U.S. You will lead and operate a new microschool, backed by an incubator network and mentors, with a focus on love, autonomy, community, creativity, and equity.

You will work to recruit families, design self-directed learning environments, and grow communities that empower learners and educators alike. Start dates include January 2027, Fall 2027, or Fall 2028.

Qualifications

• Background in working with children in any field.
• Availability for a minimum of 10-15 hours per week to set up your microschool.
• Commitment to full-time operation of your microschool starting in January 2027, Fall 2027, or Fall 2028.
