Job summary

CUC Inc. is launching a state-of-the-art Office-Based Lab (OBL) in Austin, TX, led by an Interventional Radiologist. This founding role is part-time (1-2 days per week) with growth to full-time and offers 1099 or W2 options.

The physician will lead clinical strategy, build referral networks, and drive outpatient endovascular care expansion. You will perform image-guided procedures, advance new techniques, and partner with business development to grow programs like PAD and TAME, while maintaining

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board-certified in Interventional Radiology.
• Active, unrestricted State of Texas medical license (or eligibility).
• Proven experience performing image-guided endovascular procedures.
• Growth-oriented mindset with interest in mastering emerging techniques.
• Collaborative leadership style with ability to work cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, staff, and referring physicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnosis, medical and surgical treatment, phlebology, venous and arterial therapy, treatments and diagnostics for conditions of the extremities.
• Perform venous and other ablations, peripheral arterial disease treatment, arteriograms, embolization and other IR procedures.
• Serve as founding clinical leader and clinical ambassador, building referral networks and educating referring physicians.
• Contribute to protocol development and standardization of emerging techniques.
