CUC Inc. is launching a state-of-the-art Office-Based Lab (OBL) in Florida and seeks an Interventional Radiologist–Endovascular Specialist.

You will serve as the Founding Clinical Leader across Tampa, Orlando, and Sarasota locations, performing advanced image-guided procedures and building strategic referral networks. The role supports flexible Part-time hours (1–2 days weekly) with potential growth to full-time, and options for 1099 or W2 engagement.

Qualifications

• MD/DO trained interventional radiologist with board certification.
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience performing image-guided endovascular procedures.
• Strong interest in outpatient-based interventional care and program growth.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build referral networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnosis and treatment using imaging-guided endovascular techniques for extremities.
• Perform venous/arterial procedures including ablations and embolization.
• Provide post-procedure follow-up and maintain thorough documentation.
• Lead clinical operations as founding leader of the Florida OBL and develop referral networks with local physicians.
