CUC Inc. is launching a state-of-the-art Office-Based Lab (OBL) in Cincinnati, Ohio, seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiologist to serve as Founding Clinical Leader. This role offers part-time engagement (1-2 days/week) with growth to full-time, and both 1099 or W2 options.

You will lead clinical operations, develop referral networks, and oversee procedures such as endovascular therapies in an outpatient setting, shaping the next model of care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board-certified in Interventional Radiology.
• Active, unrestricted State of Ohio medical license (or eligibility).
• Proven experience performing image-guided endovascular procedures.
• Growth-oriented with interest in outpatient interventional care and emerging techniques.
• Collaborative leadership and excellent communication with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnosis and treatment for extremity conditions with imaging-guided techniques.
• Perform venous and arterial interventions including ablations and embolization.

We are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiologist Physician to serve as the Founding Clinical Leader of our new, state‑of‑the‑art Office‑Based Lab (OBL) in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this pivotal role, you will use your expert knowledge of imaging‑guided procedures to diagnose and treat conditions related to mobility and chronic pain, directly impacting patients' quality of life and independence.

As a founding partner of this "New Model of Care," your impact will extend beyond the procedure room. We are looking for a clinician who is eager to spearhead the clinical success and market expansion of the facility from the ground up. You will act as our Clinical Ambassador, proactively engaging with the local medical community, educating referring physicians, and building the robust referral networks essential for a thriving practice.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care

• Provide diagnosis, medical and surgical treatment, phlebology, venous and arterial therapy, treatments and diagnostics for various conditions of extremities.
• Perform venous and other ablations, peripheral arterial disease treatment, various musculoskeletal arteriograms, embolization and other procedures customarily performed within the scope of Interventional Radiology.

Patient Experience & Quality

• Provide post‑procedure follow‑up and continuity of care.
• Document all procedures, diagnoses, treatments, and care provided for reference and billing purposes.
• Ensure a high standard of patient care and safety at all times.

Leadership & Growth

• Serve as a clinical ambassador by building referral relationships with local physicians.
• Partner with business development to grow the PAD (Peripheral Artery Disease) and TAME (Transcatheter Arterial Microembolization) programs.
• Contribute to protocol development and standardization of emerging techniques.
