Job summary

Litmus in San Francisco is building a simulation infrastructure for evaluating AI agents. We’re hiring an experienced backend or infrastructure engineer to design and own the core platform architecture from day one.

You will spin up simulated environments, run large fleets of agents, and deploy securely into enterprise environments, turning the architecture into a product teams adopt.

Qualifications

• Strong backend or infrastructure engineer with production systems experience.
• Experience owning architecture and making decisions with imperfect information.
• Typically 3–10 years of professional experience.

• Build environments that spin up, reset, and replay on demand.
