Job summary

Parameter ai is hiring for a full-time infrastructure-focused role in San Francisco, CA. You will own the agent orchestration, scheduling, and isolation between customer environments, while managing the cloud footprint and security posture of the platform.

You'll work across product areas, implement deployment and observability, and ensure reliability of long-running workflows. Onsite work in SF is required with the ability to collaborate across a small, fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in infrastructure, platform, or SRE on production systems
• Deep GCP or AWS knowledge: networking, IAM, container orchestration
• Strong TypeScript and Terraform fluency
• Experience running workloads with multi-tenant isolation
• Bonus: security engineering background or cloud incident fixes

Responsibilities

• Own the infrastructure the agents run on: orchestration, scheduling, isolation between environments
• Run our GCP footprint, including networking, IAM, secrets management, and egress paths
• Keep long-running Temporal workflows durable across restarts and outages
• Build deployment and observability: CI/CD, tracing across long agent runs, cost attribution per engagement
• Harden the platform and pass security reviews for customers
