Referment is building a Hedge Fund Portfolio Strategy function within its Thought Leadership team to turn portfolio- and markets-related insight into investor-facing content that supports fundraising and capital retention.

In Denver, you will help shape this ground-floor function, collaborating with Investor Relations and investment teams to produce timely, accurate writing for senior stakeholders and external audiences while scaling content through strong process design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience producing alternative investment content.
• Strong research, editing, and project management skills.
• Ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear writing.

Responsabilités

• Help build a new function to support capital raising and retention.
• Partner with Communications, Investor Relations, and research and investment teams to source insight.
• Develop hedge fund strategy summaries and educational materials.
• Manage drafting and review for white papers, market deep dives, conference presentations, and speaker materials.
• Handle bespoke content requests and scale the function's content infrastructure.
