You will own ETL pipelines and data workflows using HL7 standards (FHIR, CDA, 2.x), RESTful APIs, and data models designed for long-term growth.

This role offers high impact in an early-stage startup, autonomy over data ingestion, and collaboration with client teams to define data requirements and feeds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building healthcare data integrations with multiple EHR systems.
• Experience with HL7 standards (FHIR, CDA, 2.x), LOINC, ICD10, SNOMED.
• Proven track record with data warehouse, ETL architectures, and data quality.
• Experience creating APIs from scratch and automating pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Map, extract, transform, and load data across stages.
• Own ETL pipelines using HL7 transactions and RESTful APIs.
• Engage with clients to standardize data feeds and templates.
• Provide technical support to integrate EMR/EHR and eligibility data.
• Translate business needs into scalable data models.
• Build APIs and functionality for data ingress/egress.
