Job summary

GenMD, based in Palo Alto, is seeking our Founding GTM Lead to define and accelerate our go-to-market strategy. There is no existing growth team or playbook to inherit; you will own growth initiatives and help shape the early commercial path.

You\'ll lead outreach, demos, pilots, and early deals, develop ICPs, positioning, packaging, and pricing, and build the foundations of a repeatable GTM engine with high ownership and fast, data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth, GTM, sales, or equivalent early-stage role.
• Experience growing a product or business before a playbook existed.
• Comfortable owning both product-led growth and sales.
• Strong analytical instincts and ability to run fast experiments.
• Experience selling to researchers, data scientists, ML engineers, and AI teams.
• High ownership and fast execution without a playbook.
• AI product experience and GTM strategy understanding.

Responsibilities

• Grow adoption and repeat usage of Healthcare DataHub.
• Build and test acquisition, activation, referral, and partnership channels.
• Develop relationships with AI labs and healthcare AI companies.
• Personally run outreach, discovery, demos, pilots, and early commercial deals.
• Help determine ICPs, positioning, packaging, and pricing.
• Build foundations of a repeatable GTM engine.
• Bridge the divide between product roadmaps, engineering, and GTM execution.
• Listen to team and customers to improve satisfaction with the product.
