Job summary

Dryft is looking for a Founding GTM Lead to accelerate partnerships with manufacturers and turn pilots into multi-year commitments. You will own the end-to-end partner journey, from initial contact to executive conversations and signed pilots, while traveling to partner plants and industry events.

You will build a scalable GTM engine, expand collaborations across plants, and help Dryft scale rapidly by shaping the future partner ecosystem and product direction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a top-tier client-facing role (e.g., consulting), as an ex-founder, or as an early employee in a high-growth startup.
• Industrial background in manufacturing, industrial software, procurement, supply chain or another industrial domain is a plus.
• Executive presence – read a boardroom in ten seconds and leave a lasting impression.
• Sharp mind – learn a new industry quickly and retain detail across meetings.
• Ultra-professional & detail-obsessed – build trust with structured, polished docs.
• Relocation – willingness to work onsite in Munich or San Francisco (visa supported), with 30–50% travel.

Dryft is growing fast, and as our Founding GTM Lead , you'll accelerate everything that comes next. One day you're in a boardroom winning over a room full of skeptics, the next you're on a plane to a partner's plant to turn their pilot into a multi-year partnership, and the week after you're at one of the biggest trade shows in the world.

• Open new partnerships - find the manufacturers who need Dryft the most, and own every step from the first touchpoint to the C-level conversation to the signed pilot
• Grow every partnership - become the person our partners call first, expand from one plant to every plant they run, and shape what Dryft builds next
• Build a scalable GTM engine - turn what works into the playbook for every next partner, lay the foundation for the future team, and grow into roles like Head of GTM or Head of Europe/US

There's no blueprint yet. You'll build it with our founders, and you'll be the reason we scale even faster.

YOU

• Fast-paced experience - 2+ years in a top-tier client-facing role (e.g., consulting), as an ex-founder, or as an early employee in a high-growth startup
• Industrial background - experience in manufacturing, industrial software, procurement, supply chain or another industrial domain is a plus
• Executive presence - you read a boardroom in ten seconds, and leave an impression they still talk about weeks later
• Sharp mind - you pick up a new industry over a weekend, and remember the detail everyone else forgot three meetings ago
• Ultra-professional & detail-obsessed - you earn trust with structure, polish, and docs so clean even a CFO would shed a tear
• Relocation - you're ready to work onsite in Munich or San Francisco (we support visa), with 30 to 50% travel
