Job summary

Optexity is a product-driven research lab building clinical reasoning and health AI tools, deploying inside clinics and hospitals. This role is a hands-on operator position for someone who can take an ambiguous business problem, structure it, and drive it to a result, working directly with the founders.

You'll own partnerships and market research, build relationships with private equity and hospitals, and develop a developer-adoption strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with private equity firms active in healthcare as a market channel.
• Develop long-term relationships with hospitals and clinics; understand workflows.
• Develop a developer-adoption strategy with health AI developers.
• Source, screen, and run early conversations with candidates for open roles.
• Run market research to identify growth and partnership opportunities.
• Represent Optexity at industry events and communities to generate pipeline.
• Own cross-functional projects requiring speed, judgment and persistence.
