Job summary

Breeze is seeking a Founding Growth Lead to architect Breeze's growth engine from the ground up, with flexibility for NYC or remote work. You'll own content strategy, product launches, brand narrative, community, partnerships, founder branding, social media, and growth experimentation.

Build momentum, create conversations, and establish Breeze as a leading fintech brand. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in growth/marketing, proven zero-to-one growth, and strong storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, brand, content, or product marketing at a high-growth tech company.
• Built growth from zero and created systems, content, campaigns from a blank slate.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building from first principles.
• Strong storytelling and ability to simplify complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Build Breeze's growth engine from the ground up.
• Develop growth strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and product adoption.
• Define Breeze's positioning, messaging, and brand narrative.
• Own content strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, newsletters, blogs, podcasts, events.
• Create content that educates, builds trust, and earns attention organically.
• Partner with Product and leadership to launch new products and features.
• Build growth loops through content, community, referrals, partnerships, and product-led initiatives.
• Develop founder and executive thought leadership.
• Recruit and build Breeze's future growth team.
• Run rapid experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, referrals, and virality.
• Leverage AI to increase content production scale.
• Analyze performance and iterate based on data.
